Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, use of the Site by Users and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any dispute between Canada Wide Media and Users arising from, connected with or relating to the Site, this Agreement or any related matters must be resolved before the Courts of the Province of British Columbia in the city of Vancouver, and any User of the Site hereby irrevocably submits and attorns to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of those Courts in respect of any such dispute or matter.

Canada Wide Media is not required to provide any prior notice to Users or any other person of any change and will have no liability to Users or any other person for any such change.

Severance
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
